Case Studies
Client Issue:
A Member Services Team is charged with the responsibility of
determining whether the attitudes of the Membership
toward the
association’s programs and initiatives have changed over time.
Result:
On a scheduled basis, we conduct full-scale, representative
studies of the membership to trend changes in satisfaction with the
organization as well as the profession. Our recent study findings pointed
to those areas in which the membership is well served
and also pointed to
issues of concern. The study results were very useful for strategic planning sessions.
Client Issue:
A Product Development Team needed to evaluate a new product
targeted to medical professionals to determine the product’s market
potential.
Result:
We conducted a concept acceptance and pricing optimization
study to measure purchase interest in this product and to obtain an
acceptable price range. As a result of our
research, the Team was able to more accurately predict the level of
success the product would likely have.
Client Issue:
A Program Committee wanted to obtain members’ opinions of the
programs and special events at the recent Annual Meeting.
They were not
only interested in satisfaction with program presentation and content, but
also in satisfaction with location and facilities.
Result:
We conducted a satisfaction study with attendees that was large
enough to segment the data by key member demographics. Our research
findings were very valuable in planning next year’s meeting.
Client Issue:
A business organization wanted to report on the business
outlook from the perspective of small business owners.
Result:
We processed and prepared the data from thousands of
respondents so that the client could easily condense it for
publication. |
