Bruno and Ridgway conducted its first Internet study in 1998.  Since then, the number of Internet studies we conduct each year has been steadily growing as more and more clients recognize the benefits of Internet research.

We use a variety of methods to deploy surveys online.   The majority of surveys we conduct are hosted at InternetOpinions.com, our own trademarked domain name.  We can also use other sites, such as an Intranet or client website to capture the opinions of your target audience.

There are a number of ways to recruit respondents for online research.  However, we are VERY conscientious about respecting user privacy online.  Keeping that in mind, below is a selection of our recruiting methods:

  • Client supplied Opt-In E-Mail List
  • Client supplied Membership E-Mail List
  • Online Panel (targeted by profession, topics of interest and/or demographics)
  • Telephone Recruitment
  • Postal letter directing respondent to a survey website

A creative combination of the methods, which sometimes generates the best results.
