Procedures
- All studies begin with a conference call briefing of our field interviewers on written instructions and procedures.
- A strict dress code policy is customized to the needs of our client. Field interviewers are advised as to what is acceptable to wear, based on the specific store environment.
- All interviewers must be "signed-in" by an on-site client contact employee before they can start interviewing to ensure they meet the store's requirements.
- Bruno and Ridgway staff will make field visits on the first day of interviewing, when appropriate.
